Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 calendar days of receipt of the order.

Please ensure that the products are unused, in their original condition & packaging. We require you to submit photos to support your return request in case of damaged, defective or wrong items. We reserve the right to inspect the products before processing returns. For eligible orders, reverse pickup from the shipping address will be free of cost.

 

We do not currently offer exchanges. All product details are provided to help you make an informed purchase. If you have any questions or need further clarification before placing your order, please feel free to contact us, we're happy to assist.

You can cancel an order anytime within 6 hours of the order being placed.

Refund will be issued as Discount coupon only. The discount coupon has validity of 6 months from the date of issue. The time to process refunds including pick-ups, quality check, etc. is 10-15 working days.

You may need to pay for the shipping unless the item was damaged or wrong.
