Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

We offer Standard delivery options. Standard shipping typically takes 10-12 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. For Express delivery, you will have to pay extra for shipping.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Express shipping will be borne by you, based on location and package weight.

We currently ship within India. If you are located outside India and wish to place an order, please contact us to check availability and shipping options.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with your tracking number.

Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or offer a replacement/refund as appropriate.
